CHRISTOPHER RUSSELL, LCSW

I believe therapy should feel like more than just talking about your life - it should help you experience yourself and your relationships in a new way. I see my role as a guide and collaborator. I try to create a space where you can be honest, curious, and vulnerable without feeling judged or shamed. My work is deeply relational, and I'm especially drawn to individuals and couples who have felt misunderstood, out of place, or poorly served by traditional mental health spaces.
