MY COMMITMENT

I work within the value systems, identities, cultures, and lived experiences of each client. My practice welcomes individuals and couples across differences in race, culture, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, and relationship structure.

MY CORE VALUES

YOUR HUMANITY

Diagnosis is subjective, and no label can tell the whole story of a person. I believe people make sense when we understand enough of their story, including the relationships, cultures, communities, systems, and circumstances that have shaped their lives. Some patterns may no longer protect us the way they once did, but they often began for a reason.

COLLABORATION

Trust matters deeply to me, and I believe trust begins with collaboration and transparency. Your goals, values, and what matters most to you should remain at the center of our work. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, so we will individualize treatment together based on your needs, preferences, and the kind of change you want to create.

your safety

Vulnerability asks a lot of us. I want therapy to be a place where you feel safe enough to lower your guard, take emotional risks, and be honest about the parts of yourself that may feel hardest to share. Safety does not mean avoiding discomfort; it means having enough trust and support to move through it.

repair

I will get things wrong sometimes. I welcome feedback and opportunities to repair when something between us has not landed the way I intended. I believe difficult conversations are an important part of all human relationships. They are especially important in healthcare, where being heard, responded to, and taken seriously can help create a different kind of care experience.

INCLUSION

You do not have to make yourself more acceptable to belong here. I welcome all identities, relationships, sexualities, and ways of living—including conversations about sex, kink, and fantasy. You will be met with openness, respect, and without moral judgment.

SELF-DETERMINATION

I see myself as both a guide and an advocate—not the expert on your life. I can offer knowledge, perspective, recommendations, and support while also helping you access what you need to make informed choices about your care. Your right to make decisions about your own life matters, and my role is to support that freedom rather than take it from you.
