EXPERIENCE:
My goal for Secure Connections LLC is to occasionally provide short-term group therapy opportunities to individuals and couples. My primary focus groups are the LGBTQIA2S+ community, survivors of sexual assault, and those who find it difficult to remain grounded, open, and inquisitive during emotional intensity. The modalities I use are a mixture of dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and mentalization-based therapy (MBT).
